What helps us answer properly

None of this is required. It just means the first reply is useful rather than a request for more information.

Which grains you are evaluating, and whether you want single flours or a specified blend
What you are formulating, at whatever level of detail you are comfortable with
Roughly how much you would need, if you know – a few bags is a perfectly good answer
Any specification you must hit – particle size, moisture, protein, a gluten limit below ours. Or simply what you are trying to bake
Any documentation you need. If you do not run a formal qualification process, say so and we will send what is useful rather than what is exhaustive
Where samples should be shipped

If we cannot supply what you need, we will say so at the first exchange rather than the fourth.

What we send

We ship 500 g bench-trial pouches of the single flours or the Triple Blend, at our cost, with the full test report package. If your pilot plant needs a larger trial volume, a 25 kg bag for example, say so in your request and we will quote it.

If you want a paired comparison, ask for matched raw and sprouted material from the same production run so your bench trial is clean.

Food manufacturerTell us the application and rough volume. We will send samples and the test report package.

Formulator or R&DAsk for the specification and matched raw material if you want a paired trial.

QA or regulatoryTell us what your qualification file needs and we will confirm what we can release.

Bakery or small producerA few bags is a perfectly good answer. You are not too small.
